And now I wait...
So it turns out the owner (of the Condo) is out of town until Monday (November 13th) so now all I can do it wait to see if he accepts the offer or is at least willing to negotiate!
The deal was set to expire tonight at midnight and it was hard enough waiting for that deadline! Now I have to wait like 6 days!

so spill it? What's the condo like? where abouts? is he taking the offer?
I just posted the update but I GOT IT!! He came back with a counter offer which we accepted. It's in Mississauga about 5 minutes from work (jealous?) at the 401 and Dixie... I have pictures on my phone but haven't figured out how to get them to my computer! I will send/post some as soon as I can!
